I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent for almost 3 years.  Previous to this I worked for the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg for over 10 years.  While attending USM I aquired a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Communication w/an emphasis in Public Relations.  I believe a combination of my work history, education, personality and strong desire to help others have all played a part in making my real estate career a success.  The first year I had my license I give birth to my second child and took the next 6 months off to spend at home.  So I have actually been practicing real estate full-time for about 16 months.  In this time I have sold every home I have listed with the exception of one, and my average days on market for the last 6 months is only 60 day!  I am so proud of these numbers, especially in todays market.  Even seasoned agents have seen a decline in their numbers in todays volatile market.
