Why me and nobody else..... anybody can write a contract because they went to school and got a license. Not everybody likes to negotiate like I do. Not everybody likes to see people lay out the livingroom furniture before writing a conttract and then letting them use my truck for free to move the same furniture. ( I have a moving truck for my clients to use if they buy a house with my services) Not everybody likes to see a change of life when they close on there house. Area of expertise.... the designations and additions next to your name show that there are hours of class time to say that you have gotten them. I will not discredit them but can tell you that my lessons in real estate are from documented occurences in both my own personel contracts and the agents in my office that I have looked over shows that there is not much I have seen.
