| Knowing there was a very good possibility I would need to move across the country before the sale of my home, John was still happy to be my realtor. He was able to provide me with good advice on many instances, and continued to work with me to secure a reasonable offer. The buyer wanted to close in less than a month, which was made even more difficult since I was living in another state. There were plenty of uncontrollable hiccups along the way, but John continued to work his hardest and keep my best interests at heart all the way up to closing. |

| I highly recommend John to anyone who is thinking about buying a home. whether it be a short sale or a traditional sale. He was able to help us from the very start when we had such a broad area to look in all, the way to the very fine narrowing down to one particular area and into home-ownership. He is a very friendly guy and was willing to put in the work to make me a very happy homeowner. He was very professional in many ways. He accepted my phone calls and promptly returned them no matter what he was doing. He never answered the phone while he was with me and gave me the attention I wanted. He always wore nice clothes and was always willing to work around my schedule to look at homes. John seemed to be very knowledgeable in all the areas of the process of buying a home. If he didn't know the answer to a question I asked, he was sure to find the correct answer and get back to me as soon as he could. All in all if I were looking for another house, I would definitely go back to John to use his services. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him and his company to all of my friends and family. |

| John was very helpful during a very stressful time. He always got right back to us when we had questions. Before our house was sold we moved out of state. John stayed on top of everything and made a crazy time a lot easier to deal. If we ever move back to the area John will be our Realtor |
