I am a hard working, young mortgage professional that is in this business to succeed. I work for a young company and I am excited to help it gain strength. I have a bachelors degree in marketing from Kent State University and I am a licensed Loan Officer in the state of Ohio. I hope to take the knowledge that I gained from my higher education and apply it to my professional carreer. I believe that it is very important to work hand in hand with all parties in a real estate transaction. All parties (ie. buyers, seller, realtors, appraisers, inspectors, and title agencies) should be involved and informed in every step of the process. No real estate professional is more important to the client than the other. As a team, I believe that the client's needs can be most effectively met. I specialize in residential and commercial lending. With a main focus on conventional lending, I am able to match my client's specific needs to a mortgage product that works for them into the future. There are many products to choose from in the market today, it is my main focus to find the right product at the right price.
My process:
1. Counsel and assess mortgage goals both long term and short.
2. Assess the qualifications of my clients and issue an approval and rate lock if they choose.
3. Clear all conditions required by the lender to ultimately gain a final approval.
4. Counsel my client on the final terms and conditions of their loan and make sure that everything is accurate before closing.
5. Counsel my client on payment instructions and after closing details.
