I have spent the last 8 years in the real estate industry and have the knowledge to guide you through what is a confusing climate in the current market. My experience has been involved with the back end of lending on the wholesale process of mortgage lending to the retail side. I graduated from California State University of Chico earning degrees in Business & Finance.
I moved to Granite Bay, California in 1989 from Missouri and have spent the majority of my life in the area with the exception of the time I was away at college. I am married with 1 2 year old son and a baby girl on the way June 2011! I love to help people achieve their goals and I am here to help to guide you through the process of obtaining financing for your home whether it be a purchase of your first home or a refinance of your home.
