Get to Know Arkeatha Hawkins
I am a divorce mother raising three children toward being responsible and their own individuals with dreams and goals of success. I love working with the community, educating and showing the consumer how to purchase and maintain their homes. I have been educating the community about owning a home that financial meets their family needs. I became a realtor after purchasing my first home in 1987 when my realtor suggested I pursue getting my license as a realtor. Well we see I did just that and the rest is my story 10 years later! I have serviced the Prince George's, Montgomery, St. Mary's, Charles, Howard, Frederick, Baltimore (Cty & City), Anne Arundel County areas along with Virginia sales and purchases. I have been licensed as a realtor for 10 years and now it's my time as a broker to assist and lead others to accomplish their goals with success. I am qualified as a listing, purchase agent and well rounded with the knowledge to winning with negiotating bids with foreclosed properties under HUD, VA & REO properties.
