Neal has been a Realtor since 1996 and has served throughout Charlotte, Concord, Harrisburg, Lake Norman, Fort Mill, Union County and the surrounding areas.  Real estate has been his career since he graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1995. 

Neal has the training and expertise necessary to guide clients through the complicated and challenging short sale process.  He is equipped to serve as a seasoned negotiator on his clients' behalf so they can get relief from the scary situation of facing a foreclosure on their credit file. 

Neal has spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars adding to his expertise with courses, seminars, books and DVD's.  In 2006, he attended the intensive Howard Brinton Annual Conference in New York City.  At this conference, Neal networked with over 1800 of the top agents from across the world, comparing ideas and learning lots of new ones to bring back and utilize in our market.  Earlier in 2006, Neal joined the elite group of only 1% of Realtors nationwide who have attended the course called "Ninja Selling" which focuses on how to help buyers and sellers keep more money in their pockets during their real estate experiences.
