For Nancy Phillips Hilley living on the Gulf Coast is a dream come true.  Helping others to achieve their goals and dreams as a professional Realtor© is a most rewarding career.  Nancy joined Century 21 Meyer Real Estate in 1998 and has been a top producer.  She is licensed in both Alabama and Florida and specializes in resort property.

What’s your dream… to live by the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, a home on the bay surrounded by huge oak trees and trailing Spanish moss?  How about a Gulf front condominium for your family’s enjoyment or as an income producer?  Nancy can help make your dreams of owning property come true from the white sandy beaches of Perdido Key, to the beaches and bays of Orange Beach, to family friendly Gulf Shores, to the quiet beaches of Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay.

A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Nancy is a graduate of Bradley High School.  Her family has been a leader in the real estate business in Cleveland for more than 50 years.  Nancy went on to graduate from Auburn University with majors in sociology and psychology.  She has held various positions working with people in health and human services.  The Hilleys made Dalton, Georgia their home for more than 20 years.  Nancy served as president and chief professional officer of the United Way of Northwest Georgia for 14 years.  She received many leadership awards through United Way and was named the Daily Citizen News woman of the year.  She has two sons, Richard Phillips Hilley and Samuel Bishop Hilley.

When it came time to move to the Gulf the Hilleys were all excited.  Nancy continued her tradition of community involvement through the Baldwin Museum Foundation, Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, the Gulf Coast Athletic Club, the South Baldwin Newcomers and the Gulf Shores First Presbyterian Church where she serves as an elder.  She has been an active volunteer with the Frank Brown International Songwriter’s Festival since 1998 both as a hospitality volunteer and a venue host.  “There is so much talent and beauty here on the Gulf coast, there can’t be a better place to live in the world,” says Nancy
