Nancy has been guiding her clients through the sometimes challenging process of buying and selling a home since she became a Realtor in 2003, earning her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation in 2009, her Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation also in 2009 and her designation as an e-PRO in Internet Marketing in 2008.
As a former RE/MAX agent Nancy was a member of the Presidents Club, the Executive Club and the 100% Club, awards that annually go to a select group of high producing RE/MAX sales associates.
She is Past President of the Business Network International group Scottsdale Elite.
An avid quilter Nancy is a Past President of the Phoenix Area Quilters Association and is currently responsible for the association's newsletter and web site.
In early 2011 she received the Arizona Quilters Hall of Fame Award. Nancy lives just north of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve with her husband Scott and their two cats, Judy and Wilma.
