Nancy S. Chu joined the Baldwin Dream Team in 2005 as a buyers and listing agent.  Her first year alone, she covered 22 transactions, and has maintained a steadily growing business since.  As of June 2008, The Baldwin Team was ranked 2nd in NJ and 56th in the USA for commissions at Re/Max.  The Team can also be seen on HGTV's BOUGHT & SOLD.

Nancy came from New York University School of Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology, where worked as an administrator for 6 years. As a Stage Director, Nancy has been visible in New York and regionally since 1995, where she had the privilege of working at The Public Theatre, Long Wharf Theatre, The Lucille Lortel Foundation, Columbia University, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Second Stage Theatre, and The Culture Project, to name a few. She serves as the Associate Artistic Director for Isadora Productions, and is a member of both the Women's Project & Productions and the Lincoln Center Theatre Directors Lab. Nancy, who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, cultivated a love for real estate when she helped her parents find the perfect home in Tennessee at age 16, and has not been able to stop following the real estate market since, owning co-ops and condos in the New York City; an Upstate NY cottage she and her husband built themselves; her first NJ home, in Maplewood; and her current South Orange carriage house. Her own fascination with real estate and her stong professional administrative background create the strong mix of skills Nancy applies to the task of assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
