Nanci Garnand has lived in and been involved in the community since 1985. She worked in banking in a variety of positions. She has lived in both Louisville while working in Boulder and then also lived in Lafayette. She once owned a bicycle business, selling Tandems.

She has owned real estate since 1977 and currently owns rentals and is looking at purchasing more And assisting buyers with purchasing investments.

Now I am loving bringing technology into the real estate business. It is a fun way to help promote properties to buyers. I also enjoy the benefits that the team provides to individuals who are looking at buying and selling or investing in real estate and the benefits that a team brings in supporting each other.
