Born and raised in Louisville, KY, this is and will always be home to me. My younger years I lived in the Portland area, then we moved to Jeffersontown when I started school, and eventually moved to Fern Creek in my pre-teen years.
Fern Creek is still where I reside with my husband, two kids, dog, cat, and now, two new fish. To be fair, I did move to Shelbyville, KY for two years with my husband. It was nice but I missed Louisville.
I graduated from Fern Creek High School, although I spent my freshman year at Jeffersontown High School. I attended a semester of school at Louisville Tech doing Interior Design but it wasn't for me. Don't get me wrong I love to decorate houses but I love the actual house more. Which is what drew me to real estate. Then, after purchasing our first home I was hooked.
Now, I can't imagine doing anything else with my time.
First Time Home Buyers - Probably my favorite because I remember how excited I was when I purchased my first home. It is very rewarding for me to know that I helped someone achieve their own piece of the American Dream. It is my priveldge to help first time home buyers through the entire process of buying a home. I assist with evetything from finding a lender, finding the perfect house, making an offer, negotiating, the closing and everything in between.
Up-sizing/Down-sizing - As the years go by our needs change. We have babies and need more room. Our babies turn into teenagers with friends and we need more room. Our teenagers finish school, get married, have babies of their own and we have too much room. Whatever the reason for change, I can help by helping you sell your current home at the best price possible and finding your next dream home at the most affordable price.
