Year 2014 Namneet became a real estate broker, and founded Zone Realty Inc, in 2015. As a broker owner her company philosophy remains "Sincerity, Trust and Commitment to Excellence"

She is keeping up with the today's changing real estate market and follows up with Orange County CA defaults, trustee's sales, foreclosures, active, pending and closed listings, and its effects on the local market on daily basis. She is a REO listing agent for Wells Fargo and American Home Mortgage and offers the market evaluation and BPO for REOs based on today's market conditions.

Namneet has been a resident of Orange County California for past 27 years. Namneet had the honor of representing her community and served The Home Owner's Association of Brea Vista for over 10 years.

 Namneet got involved in Real Estate field since 1994 when she and her husband bought their second house. Her passion for Real Estate lead her to become a realtor in 2003. As a rookie she became a top producer at Today Realty and Investments and has done multi - multimillion dollar transactions since then.

Her streaming success and enthusiastic personality comes from her strong dedication to the profession, who cares and has concerns about people. Namneet graduated from USC PA Program in 1993 with academic honors award. Namneet takes great interest in community activities such as sponsoring reading programs at local libraries, sponsoring baseball teams at local schools. She is also an active member of Brea Chamber of Commerce.

She understands the current and relevant issues of real estate industry. As a home retention consultant helps many homeowners to get in touch with their lenders so they can work on the plans to retain that home.
