Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Nicole Aboudib and I am pleased to say that I am a new member of the Exit Realty team in the Traverse City area. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, but I have been visiting my whole life. I moved to Traverse City, Michigan in 2004 to be close to my huge beloved family and I do have to say that I've never seen a more beautiful city.
After graduating from Traverse City Saint Francis, I pursued a degree in Architectural Technology and Drafting from Ferris State University. As a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) I was exposed to a wide range of styles from traditional cottages to Frank Lloyd Wright to the contemporary styles of our modern world whether it be residential or commercial. Living in Texas also gave me an understanding and appreciation for the Spanish Mission style and features of the southwest. This has given me a broad view of many different details that come together to turn any building into a space that best suits all your needs.
My knowledge in Architectural Technology gives me an understanding of the limitless possibilities that can be imagined in any home or building. I have 4 years experience in AutoCAD and experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture 3D which brings a 3rd dimension to any architectural plans.
