As a full time and very motivate real estate agent, Kelly has been awarded within her first year in business Co-Rookie of the year - award from Realty Executives. Continuing her success, Kelly has received a sales award each quarter for at least $1 million in sales, with the best quarter to date being $4.5 million. She has also consistently won Outstanding Sales Awards Yearly. "The awards are fun to receive, but are not the important part of myself or my job. I feel if you love what you do it is not work, and that is why I am good at what I do. I work in all of Clark County Washington.
I have been a full time licensed agent for the past 19 years. I received my California license, and then a few years later Washington.
As the market has shifted over the past few years so has my business. I now spend a good majority of time working with REO, Foreclosures, and Short Sales. In the past 3 months I have successfully negoitated and closed 8 short sale listings.
I am a Certified Short Sale Specialist and also ReoPro.

| Kelly did a fantastic job for me as my realtor, she was knowledgeable about the market, and what we should list the house for, she worked endless hours to make sure the deal went through with no problems. If I had a question for her, she was always right there to answer it... I could not have asked for a better realtor for the sale of my house..
