Born and raised in Hawaii, the eldest of two children from a first generation immigrant family. Rommel grew up knowing the meaning of "hard work" and "service to others."  He resides in Mililani, Hawaii with his family.

Rommel first joined Hawaii's real estate industry in 1990 as a commercial Real Estate Sales Person and Residential Mortgage Loan Officer in Honolulu, Hawaii.  In 1995, during the challenging real estate market and with the strong desire to remain in the industry, he began working in the Title Insurance and Escrow segment as an Escrow Assistant and then quickly promoted in 1997 as an Escrow Officer with Title Guaranty Escrow Services, Inc. and Old Republic Title and Escrow of Hawaii, Inc. In July 2003, Rommel became an Escrow Branch Manager and then Area Manager for Island Title Corporation, a position he held until March 2011 when Island Title was acquired by First American Title Insurance Company of Hawaii, Inc. After a brief stay as Senior Escrow Officer at the newly merged firm’s Kapiolani head office, Rommel moved to Fidelity National Title & Escrow of Hawaii, Inc. in August of 2011 as AVP/Escrow Officer. In July 2014, Rommel was appointed Hawaii State Manager for NexTitle, a Title & Escrow Co., based out of Bellevue, Washington. In July of 2016, Rommel became Vice President – Escrow Operations for Premier Title and Escrow, Inc., a Hawaii based Title and Escrow Co.  He currently is Managing Partner at LUXE Real Estate Partners brokered by eXp Realty.

Rommel's foremost belief is to "provide and meet the highest possible customer service standards for you, your clients and your company." and that his primary goal is to make your transactions as smooth as possible.  Complementing you and not complicating you.

Rommel is known to place emphasis on “service first” by being timely and detail oriented.  He hopes, through his team of closing professionals, to offer you and your clients open lines of communication, give personal attention to every transaction and go the extra mile for all clients regardless price, area or transaction type.

Volunteering for various non-profits, he sits as a National Board Member and Director for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) a 501(c)3 non-profit.  He is also a member of the Asian Association of Real Estate Professionals, Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) as is a U.S. Army Veteran.
