HI!
I'm an agent with Keller Williams of Winchester. I also dabble in real estate investing with a great group of people from the Nouveau Riche community and the DC Metro Investors club.
I've travelled a lot and eventually want to go into international real estate. I speak a bit of french (from living in Paris). Prior to that, I lived in New York City for over 10 years as a publishing/graphic designer with some of the biggest names in the publishing industry.
Really looking forward to networking with other like-minded individuals and diving head first into the world real estate.
I speicalize in residential retail market with creative strategies for the first time home buyer. Specifically those who never thought they would be able to afford a home. Working with a group of investors also allows me to give the seller another option for their home, especially if they are in need of selling quickly for whatever reason.
I work also with short-sales, lease-options, rentals, seller financed properties and smaller commercial properties.
I am always on the lookout for properties that may require a little TLC.
