Michael is an expert technology trainer in the real estate community.  With over a decade of experience in educational training, Michael offers techniques, marketing tips and consultation designed to improve your business.  Classes are taught in a user friendly  manner that is accessible for both wary computer users and experts.

Michael earned his BA in Education at the University of Central Oklahoma and obtained his Masters of Education degree from the University of North Texas in 2000.  Michael comes from a successful real estate   family and has trained thousands of Realtors® since 2001.

TREC MCE Non-Legal Courses:   The following Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses are offered under Provider #0378.  These courses are designed to create a technology foundation for each agent. 


ProManage - Top Producer Course #5791 -This six session course is a Certified ProManage course developed specifically around the Keller Williams version of Top Producer.  Learn how to manage all aspects of your Real Estate business (leads, contacts, action plans, marketing, etc.) based on the MREA model.  This series is great for both beginning and experienced users of ProManage.  Six hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Internet Lead Generation Course #5789  - This course provides practical, proven and detailed information on growing your business through the internet.  Identify what real estate clients are looking for online, learn how to market to increase lead capture, discover successful techniques to convert website leads into in-person appointments and review the economic impact from the initial investment to desired outcomes expected. Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Effectively Design a Real Estate Website Course #5790  - Learn how to access and update the new templates created by Keller Williams Realty International.  Receive in-depth instruction on each step of the website administration tool and receive tips on how to increase traffic and leads, making it an essential part of each agent's business. Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.   

KW Intranets, KWLS, Webmail and More Course #5792 - Learn the location of all the outstanding tools that are at the disposal of every Keller Williams agent.  Items covered include KW webmail, KWLS, Green Sheets, graphic downloads, marketing templates, office forms, goals, agent/office reports and more.  Before spending money on tools to build your business, learn what you already have! Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Real Estate Documents Using Microsoft Excel Course #5785 - Learn to improve time and business management with Excel.  Students will learn basic formatting, navigation and organization skills. Advanced skills learned include mail merging, calculations, creating headers/footers, data manipulation, entering formulas, shortcuts and printing page setup. The session will end by walking through the steps of how to create graphs/charts.  One hour of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Real Estate Communication Using Microsoft Outlook Course #5786 - Manage contacts and increase e-visibility with Outlook.  Learn to import/export databases, keep in touch with clients, create calendar appointments, invitations and develop folders with rules associated to them and much more.  Learn everything needed to know to be successful in business using Outlook.  Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.   

Real Estate Marketing Using Microsoft Publisher Course #5787 - Create striking marketing pieces that will separate you from the pack.  Students will learn how to create/send e-ads, business cards, flyers, postcards, newsletters, brochures and more. They will be able to insert text, borders, photos, tables and charts. These skills will increase the technical ability of agents. In addition, this class will increase the ability of agents to design and manage their own marketing items for business. Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Real Estate Marketing Using Microsoft PowerPoint Course #5788 - Learn new marketing techniques that can be done using PowerPoint.  Students will learn how to design new presentations using the photo album feature, existing templates or the slide master feature.  Selecting a background, inserting objects such as images, video, text, charts and hyperlinks will be covered.  The session will conclude with various marketing ideas specific to Real Estate.  These skills will assist in improving the technical ability of agents, leading to increased time management, marketing, presentation skills and business success.  Two hours of TREC MCE non-legal credit.  

Real Estate Documents Using Microsoft Word Course #4524 - Maximize the use of Word in the real estate business world.  Learn the advantages of using the following features: e-ads, auto correct, auto text, mail/e-mail merge, protected templates for clients and many other useful marketing features.  One hour of TREC MCE non-legal credit.

Database 101 Course #4276 - Don't know how to create an electronic database and transfer it from one program to another?  This is the class for you.  Learn the process in building an electronic sphere of influence.  Understand the difference between CSV, Text, Tab and DBF files, and the process of importing/exporting into Outlook, Top Producer, ACT and more. One hour of TREC MCE non-legal credit.
