Get to Know Carol Ann Doucette

Meet Carol Ann Doucette, your Re/Max Greater Portland specialist. Carol Ann has been a Realtor since 1991. Within a short period of time, after entering the industry, she was named the Real Trends Rookie of the Year. This national designation is bestowed upon only a small number of agents across the United States. Her attention to detail, caring, compassion and zeal for the job at hand have made her a true "friend" to those she has been involved with over the years. Those friends have provided her with a referral base that continues to grow based on a high level of satisfaction from her clients. She has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer and one of the top agents in the area. She has been a Re/Max agent since 1999.

Carol Ann believes that education is one of the most important aspects of her career. It not only provides her with the tools and skills necessary in this ever-changing industry, but also allows her to educate her clients. This enables her transactions to be relatively stress-free. She is a Certified Buyer Agent, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that the CRS Designees subscribe to the strict realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying and selling a home. Most recently, she completed the course for Designated Broker, the highest level of licensing within the state.  The Re/Max Satellite Network also provides continual training with top educators and real estate trainers throughout the United States.  Most recently Carol Ann has also completed courses related to selling real estate with national trainer Brian Buffinni and courses related to marketing with the top selling international Re/Max agent in the world, Craig Proctor, again maximizing her skills as a Realtor. She is also a member of the Portland Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Neal Doucette, former Falmouth educator for 34 years  joined Re/Max by the Bay 2 years ago, working as a sales associate and licensed assistant.  Neal works with Carol Ann, creating a team to maximize service to their clients.  "We want our clients to know that we want to be their realtors not just for the transaction, but for life", stated Doucette.  The team focuses on residential properties, new construction and lakefront homes. Neal has completed a course on selling real estate with renowned trainer Brian Buffinni and a course on marketing with Craig Procter the top selling international Re/Max agent in the world. He is currently working towards his Associate Brokers license. Neal's attention to detail attribute which was so much a part of his teaching career is a valuable asset in his new career path in real estate.
