Who are we and what do we do

Heading up our group is Michael Sloan. He is a professional with 37 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. For 35 years Mike has been a broker in the state of Utah. Mike has a strong background in real estate development in a community involved in attracting a strong business and economic base to a geographic area 20 miles from Salt Lake City and just 30 miles to the Salt Lake International Airport. Areas of specific expertise which include 20 years as broker owner of Group1 Real Estate and 5 years as branch broker for Commerce Real Estate, Park City Utah are:

  • Founding member of the Prospector Square Property Owners Association initiated in. Prospector Square is a zero lot line commercial mixed use subdivision with over One million square feet of developed property.
  • One of the charter members of the Park City Board of Realtors. Served on the Board of Directors twice for a total of seven years.  Served as the Park City Board President in 1982.
  • Served as a director for the Utah State Association of Realtors for eight years and was elected to the Offices of Treasurer – Vice President – President Elect and as State President in 2003. Served as a Committee Chairman at both state and local levels since 1981.  Named Utah Chapter of CCIM Realtor of the Year in 2003 and Utah Association of Realtor of the Year in 2005.
  • As a UAR officer I was directly involved in State of Utah legislative process as it affects the real estate industry and private property rights.
  • Skilled in analyzing problems and finding innovative solutions with a track record for producing results that focus on achieving a win/win.

Mike brings a strong background in organizational leadership with strengths in communication and collaboration. My goal is to help you become successful in your commercial real estate transactions.
