Prior to my Real Estate career, I was self employed as a computer programmer and Internet business consultant. After buying my first home and doing some research on real estate investing, I decided to take courses to learn more about investing in real estate. I found that I enjoyed the process and ultimately was persuaded by a friend to come into the business, albeit it did not take much convincing :)

After working with some friends in the REO (Real Estate Owned), or foreclosure arena, I decided to branch out and opened my own company. I did this for several years and after buying into a franchise that flopped, closed my doors to regroup, going to work with another company for about 6 months. I then opened up Tech Realty®. Determined to learn from mistakes made previously, I am setting out to show how technology can greatly improve the real estate buying and selling process in my local market, and eventually turn Tech Realty into a national model.

I have worked as a real estate trainer and coach to other agents around the country and helped them to utilize technology in their day to day business in an effort to help them create more business, and better services to their clients. I still have a handful of agents I work with but have stopped taking new coaching customers to focus on growing my brokerage.
