Very early into my marriage, my husband coined the phrase, "Molly is wearing her blinders." What he was referring to is my focus - with everything I do, I give it my absolute all - without question. My first job out of college was running the restaurant within the Las Vegas Convention Center - I worked 15 hour grueling days to turn that restaurant around. I put in the sweat equity to ensure success. When I ran marathons - I finished a race with a broken foot. As a twin, born 2 month premature, I had to fight to be here today.
Tenacity is obviously at my core; however, along with that is loyalty, integrity, humility, and always personable. As a real estate agent, my client's goals are my goals. From the very beginning we map out the process and set a communication plan. If you are looking for a Realtor who posts your home in MLS, puts up a sign and then prays for an offer, I am not your choice. My approach is cutting edge, thorough and proactive.

I guess I am a midwestern woman... I hesitate because I spent a good portion of my life living in Asia. My first memories are in Hong Kong. From there we moved to Tokyo, Japan. Finally, we moved to Peoria, Illinois where I spent my teenage years. All three places were truly wonderful in very different ways.
From Peoria I moved to Denver, Colorado to study at the University of Denver, Daniel's College of Business. Graduating with high marks from such a prestigious business school will always one of my greatest accomplishments. From there, I moved to Las Vegas and then Phoenix. I am now firmly rooted in the North Scottsdale community - what a wonderful place to call home!
I have been married to my husband, Brian, for 14 years and together we have the privilege of raising two wonderful, bright and quirky kids. They keep us laughing and definitely on our toes! I consider Brian to be one of my biggest assets. He comes from a long lineage of Phoenix and Cave Creek real estate developers as well as spent the majority of his career in residential land development. If he doesn't know it, he knows someone who does.
