Our History
New FED Mortgage Corp was founded in 2001 and quickly grew to become a full service lender to offer great products and great rates in the areas of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine and Florida.
New FED Mortgage puts an emphasis on customer service and has not had one customer complaint from the Better Business Bureau since its inception. The reason for this is the quality of person that New FED Mortgage Corp hires and the sense that customers come first. Our highly skilled loan officers offer a personalized, high tech, high touch approach to lending.

| To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Michael Rice, our "mortgage guy." Mike was referred to my wife and me by a Realtor just as we began the home-buying process. Although we went with another Realtor, we decided to stick with Mike to secure and service our mortgage, and we're glad we did. Mike has been nothing but gracious and helpful throughout this process, which, for first-time home-buyers, can be confusing and scary. Mike was able to take our information over the phone, pre-approve us, and provide tailored pre-approval letters throughout the bidding and negotiation phases. After our offer was accepted on our first and only home, Mike took care to guide us through the next steps of the process -- from preparing for Purchase and Sales, to the inspection, to the appraisal, to getting insurance, to getting the needed paperwork submitted when we needed to submit it. Anytime we had a question or concern, Mike was a phone call away and usually had an immediate answer. If not, he got back to us within 12 hours and put our minds at ease. Fast, responsive, flexible, gracious, and good-natured, Mike was there throughout the process -- day and night -- to make sure we had what we needed. Even at closing, when my wife and I thought we were done asking loan and tax questions, Mike offered to answer any subsequent questions we'd inevitably have. Sure enough, we had questions weeks and even months later, and Mike was just as reachable, helpful, and gracious as ever. Even now, when we think we've asked him our last question, something comes up and Mike's on hand to explain or resolve it. I highly recommend Mike Rice to anyone looking for a mortgage. | Manager Advanced Concepts Aug 7, 2013 My wife and I bought our first home last year using a company we found online who advertised a low rate. What a nightmare!!!!! It was an awful experience that I regretted terribly. When we decided to refinance for a lower rate, we were introduced to Mike through a colleague at work. Mike was extremely easy to work with and more importantly, extremely honest. He gave us advice on our options without trying to sell himself or his company. Likewise, he didn't try to hide any of the finer points of the mortgage business (points, closing cost, etc). What a novel concept!!!! Someone with integrity, who you can trust, and more importantly willing to take time to thoroughly answer your questions and walk you through each step of the process. He made us feel at ease and even dealt with my continuous stream of most assuredly annoying questions. I tend to be skeptical of peoples' intentions, particularly when they have a vested interest in you selecting their services. With Mike, my skepticism quickly disappeared. I would highly recommend utilizing Mike's services. I have even directed other satisfied customers his direction since my re-fi. |

| I've had the pleasure of working with Mike Rice for my last 3 mortgages. He's the first person I think of when considering a home purchase or refinance. Not only does Mike ensure the process goes smoothly and takes all the necessary steps, he displays a unique passion for what he does.
