My name is Marshall Redder.  I own a real estate and mortgage company in Grandville, Michigan.  My wife Meri and our son Marshall Jr are currently real estate agents for me.  I have a secretary/listing cordinator named Carol who deals with all of our listings.  I worked for Remax when I first stated in real estate and was the number #1 Closed Transactions in the 90s for the United States of America.  I was the #1 Agent in the Grand Rapids Real Estate Board from 1989-2005 for cumulative closed listings and sales. I've spoken at national seminars in major cities like Washington D.C., New York City, New Orleans, Orlando etc...  I've been doing this for 22 years.  I have a production company so I sell coaching material to other realtors.  I've bought and sold over 500 properties for my own personal portfolio so I know what buyers want in a home.
