I am the principal broker for Corey J. Schneider Realtors in Passaic New Jersey. I'm currently licensed in five states as a real estate broker, and I have a BBA in Real Estate from Western States University. Additionally I have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and the Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtors Land Institute. Over the past 30 years, my real estate practice has involved not only real estate investments, but also development properties and real estate consulting. Recent transactions have included the assemblage of an entire city block for a new Home Depot, to an Island in the middle of the Delaware River. I have extensive experience in researching real estate matters and have personally acquired property by adverse possession and have cleared the title on an Unknown Owner parcel.
