After having worked with a Fortune 100 company in its Advertising, Marketing & Communications Division, serving as Director of Operations with a global non-profit organization, publishing a Real Estate, Property Development and Interiors magazine, she turned to writing. For several years she served the copywriting, editing, developing and designing needs of over 175 REALTORS® in North America covering anything from home improvement, real estate finance and trends – to news, views, and market analysis reports, plus helped develop real estate coaching material for other agents. It was a natural progression to become a REALTOR®.
Today, working with Southwest Michigan’s top family-owned real estate brokerage, Fareen maintains consistent status as a top producer, delivering a multi-million dollar sales volume with proven expertise time and again, landing in the top 10% amongst her peers year after year.

| Fareen was very helpful in selling our Condo in only 4 days. She designed and published an Excellent brochure describing our Condo. She responded immediately to such things as dealing with the buyer concerning perceived problems found by the building inspector, setting a selling price and negotionating with the eventual buyer. | As first time home buyers, my husband and I had many questions about how to start looking for homes, and the home buying process. Fareen proved to be a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout the entire process.
