Hello.  My name is Thomas S Moore III.  I am not only a Professional and high-quality Realtor, I also hold my Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the highly acclaimed W.P. Carey School of Business.  I am also a licensed Financial Services provider, in the state of Arizona.  I proudly served this country and its military as an Enlisted United States Marine for 16 years. I am now a Retired United States Marine, happy to be serving the citizens of this great nation in a more personal way!

Additionally, we have sought out the training and certifications which allow us to maintain an active and current knowledge of the Real Estate Profession.  I am a certified CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) able to thoroughly and efficiently help you with any needs as a typical or distressed property owner, or person interested in purchasing distressed assets.  I also hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

In conclusion, we believe in staying current and staying informed of the newest laws and programs available to our potential clients.  Along with our memberships in The National Association of Realtors, I am a past Secretary of Lambda Alpha International Student Association, ASU Chapter. Lambda Alpha International, the Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics, was founded in 1930 under the leadership of the renowned land economist and champion of academic freedom, Richard T Ely.  As an honorary society, it provides a forum for the study and advancement of land economics where the "winnowing and sifting" of ideas takes place in an atmosphere of mutual respect.  I am also a two-term Past President of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Arizona State University Chapter.
