My Specialty I am an expert at service first and foremost. My professional policy is open and frequent, truthful communication. I work with very nearly the same amount of buyers and sellers each year, so I have an excellent perspective from both sides of the transaction. I am an Accredited Home Staging Professional which works out very well for my sellers and their buyers. It's important to me to make sure that my clients know that I am available for them when they need me. A large percentage of my clients are upscale buyers and sellers. They are typically successful individuals who have their own careers and need a flexible agent to work around their schedule. Most of my clients buy and sell homes between $600,000 and $2,000,0000; however I am just as comfortable helping first time purchasers. I embrace technology and have the latest and greatest tools at my disposal. All of my web tours are professionally prepared. I will only use well-lit photographs of staged property in any of my tours. All of my brochures and mailers are professionally prepared using full-bleed, high quality printing and glossy card stock. My clients benefit from my thorough knowledge of Montgomery County, Maryland. Primarily my clients buy or sell in the Bethesda, Potomac, North Potomac, Rockville, Germantown and Boyds areas of Montgomery County. To find Maryland real estate in any of these areas go to Maryland real estate listings.
|We decided to sell our 12,000 sf house in Palatine while the market was down. We talked to several neighbors and called some of the agent they recommended. We even spoke with an agent that we were prepared to list with. We almost cancelled our appointment with Meyer but are so glad we didn't. As a business owner, I appreciate hard workers and wish that all of my hires worked as hard as Meyer. He helped us professionally stage our house, marketed it aggressively and negotiated on our behalf. Initially, thought we had done a great job preparing it for the market, but Meyer helped us take it to a much higher level with his keen eye for staging. Due to my working from home and a busy family schedule, we had some very specific needs. Meyer and his team were able to accommodate us and help us negotiate a very good offer on our house. In a tough market, he sold it pretty quickly while other listings in the neighborhood lingered. He spent a lot of time with us finding our new home and we are grateful for his commitment to us. Our home sold for a pretty penny and we know his flexible fee saved us considerably. Some of the agents said it couldn't be done. Without a doubt, we made tens of thousands more by working with him. He communicated very effectively and made sure that all of the details were handled. We will always use Meyer for our real estate needs. I think he really does care about his clients and he treated my family like his. If you have the chance--use him for your real estate needs.|

|When we decided to move from the Lakelands in Gaithersburg we interviewed several agents. There were the so called neighbor experts who we called and a couple of them really had sold a lot in the community, but we felt like our move turned into more about how good they were than what was important to us. When we interviewed Meyer, we ended up doing most of the talking. He asked us so many questions about us and what we wanted in our agent and our new home. We decided to go with him and we think it was the best thing we could have done. We told him the kind of home we wanted and he took us looking at the right types of homes and pointed out some interesting and critical aspects we might have overlooked. We were picky so he recommended new construction for us and we were so excited it was available. We bought in Brighton Crossing in Poolesville and never looked back. We were even able to get a 3 car garage which Meyer recommeded we do. He literally negotiated the best deal our our new street. He told us what types of options to include and he even helped us choose the right cabinets, countertops and floors that look so nice in our new home. When we listed our house, he recommended going higher than our neighbors and other similar houses in the Lakelands by a minimum of $12,000 more. We were skeptical, but he got us an over full price offer and $5,000 more than the other "neighborhood specialist" who listed the same house in our neighborhood at the same time as ours. He had such an amazing open house with catered food, drinks and desserts. It was so good, several of our neighbors came by and said they had never seen an agent work so hard to get so many people in an open house. By the end of the day he had an over full price offer in hand. He has kept in touch with us even after the move and we had to invite him to our house warming party. He is a pretty funny guy too, so we always had a good time when dealing with him. We would definitely recommend him and know he is great at what he does!|
