Before becoming a full-time real estate associate, I spent over 16 years in business administration and customer service. I've worked for various companies ranging from the grocery store, upscale furniture retailers, FPL, medical facilities, Chicago Title company, collection and real estate attorneys, general contractors and I have even worked for myself as a virtual customer service cyber - agent. With all my years of experience, I still value one golden rule. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I decided to take a chance at real estate. With little to no money, I jumped with both feet in. I seriously got my license when Wilma and Katrina hit in 2005. That was the worst, unsure of what the market was going to be like I not only started my new career but had to take on a job that would help me in the situation I was in (most of were in); with no power throughout Broward and Dade County. So I started working with FEMA in the disaster relief crews 7 days a week. When that was done, I worked as General Manager at a Pompano based roofing and general contracting office until it closed its main office in 2008. Now, I have made the full transition to real estate. Customers loved me as everyone else has. All of my customers (new & old) know me for my kindness, politeness, professional work ethic, follow-up routine, quickness to respond and my love to listen. I have worked for several different real estate companies & have taken those experiences and learned that, in order to maintain in this business you have to be a lover of the public. Buying or selling real estate is an emotional venture for all the parties involved. I have lived in South Florida for the last 25 years from Carol City to the Plantation area so I am very familiar with these areas. Whether we are in a "buyers" market or a "sellers" market I understand the conditions and just how to assist buyers and sellers in achieving their goals. I have the experience that enables me to understand any situation and proceed to a mutual goal for my clients.
