The FHA loan program is also a program that I am very comfortable with and will be able to get the loan done fast. Rural Housing loans is also one of the premier loans out there for anyone that will buy within the county that Rural Housing is available. It is 100% loan with no monthly mi which will lower your payments by quite a bit. I also have done a lot of Utah Housing loans for first time home buyers.
