I am a full time Realtor who owns and manages Carolina Realty Group, Inc. I have a full time staff of 4 and 12 agents working in the company. My focus is new construction, Brier Creek homes, North Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, North and South Durham areas and Wake Forest.  The  company also manages about 50 rental properties.

Using the most up to date technology in transaction and database management to help me be both effective and efficient in client communications, and using a system that emphasize in earning business through referrals not only makes us a high tech, high touch company but also supports the traditional belief that it is not the company's name that matters, it is actually the individual and his use of all possibilities to do the best he can to better serve his clients that matters. It is not just meeting clients expectations but exceeding it. This is our company's focus.

Using marketing and advertising in magazines and internet is something that is deemed just as important. Even though referrals are the most economical way to do business, it limits exposure so by utilizing available resources, the company is poised to exceed clients expectations.
