| Mitch was unbelievable. He helped in every aspect along the way. It was a short sale, so there were many bumps along the way. But, Mitch always bent over backwards and did everything he could to get information for us. Even after we moved into the house, he continued to help us and answer our questions. He recommended our attorney, mortgage broker, septic company, oil company, inspector, chimney repair company, plumber, and we were pleased with each one! He was able to find answers to every question we had. We have already started to recommend him. He was so spectacular that even our family and friends noticed and were impressed with Mitch, He is an exceptional Realtor! |

| I am writing this to make you aware of the exceptional service I was afforded by Mitchell Ross. He was available to inform and offer guidance and suggestions for the marketing of my home. He was most supportive, remaining positive and proactive in a very poor market. During this time, I had relocated and Mitchell oversaw the property keeping me informed of things that needed to be done and usually making arrangements for it to be done This was especially true during the last weeks when repairs and tests had to be done to bring the sale to closure. He provided immediate feedback to me after every showing relaying the information he had gathered through his follow-up phone calls and emails to showing agents. I was always confident that he was working in my best interests. Certainly his efforts were above and beyond what one would expect. I have had two previous experiences selling homes and the efforts of the listing agents were minimal - quite discouraging.
