Get to Know Tom Kaul
I have been involved in building businesses in the Twin Cities since 1972 and owned 3 businesses. I jaunted into the corporate world and lasted 13 years where I helped large telecommunications companies buy and sell telephone companies and telephone equipment distributors.
At Exit Strategy Planners we focus our efforts developing exit strategies for transitioning their business by implementing an organized and structured plan.

Tom's passion is marketing which he believes is the heart of any organization His expertise as a business broker is identifying and matching buyer and sellers' human needs, then negotiating fair and creative transactions where both the buyer and sellers win. Finding ideal Buyers Has helped 51 buyers and sellers come together and complete the transaction and transition Is volunteer teacher at St Thomas School of Entrepreneurship and U of M Landscape Arboretum. Primary interests are kids, antique cars and boats, gardening, music and his work.
