Get to Know Mindy Templeton
My name is Mindy Templeton and I sell real estate in the Omaha, Nebraska area. I have been selling real estate since the fall of 2005 and have loved every minute of it! What prompted me to get into real estate is the interest in running my own business, the goods and bads of being self employeed have not let me down yet! I try to have fun when I work and with the people I work with. One person advised me to just be myself and have fun and success will follow - that seems to be a winning combination. I strive to give my clients the most information possible when making one of the most important, emotional and stressful decisions they have to make. My clients appreciate knowing all options when purchasing or selling a home and I strive to make things as low stress as possible while keeping their goals in mind.

75% of my business comes from first-time buyers and first-time sellers. When working with clients who have not purchased or sold a home before there is a lot of educating about the process that needs to be done. I've been able to pin point the areas that most buyers are not aware of when they are out looking at homes, as a result I have complied a "First-time Buyers packet" that I give to all of my clients, even my clients how have purchased a home before because the industry is changing at all times. I find that my clients appreciate this and even seek me out to get one. Buyers these days want to be highly informed before making a purchase, there is a lot of information available on the internet but I do think that this can be overwhelming as well to some consumers. This packet highlights the ins and outs of purchasing a home and then I can help with the rest.
