We are located on the south side of South Bend surrounded by tremendous commercial growth and upcoming residential growth. The new Erskine Village, a retail and restaurant complex, Erskine Plaza, a strip shopping center anchored by a large Martin's Super Market and a Menards Store and the new Erskine Commons, anchored by Walmart and Loews. All of this within less than 5 minutes distance from our office.
We have 10 active agents, 1 in temporary referral and 2 new agents who will join us on April 1st.

We really care about our clients. More than 90 percent of our business both residential and commercial comes from referrals or former clients. We serve all of St. Joseph County and Elkhart County. If we are asked to work outside of our area, we have a large network of agents throughout Indiana and lower Michigan that we refer to. Even at that, we continually follow up to see that our clients, family and friends get the best service possible.
We are community minded and volunteer a lot of time and effort to the local community. Some of our interests include; Local forum on real estate taxes and assessments, We are both Kiwanians and work hard to serve the Children of the World. Riley Hospital receives a lot of our time and effort. Marlin is a 3 time president of our club and is currently serving as the Division Lieutenant Governor.
