While I appreciate the commission I earn on each transaction you entrust to me and yes, it pays a few bills, it’s not my goal. My goal is to earn a lifetime of referrals from you, but I can only earn that if I exceed your expectations, and completely “wow” you! That lifetime of referrals is my greatest passion because it cares for my family and proves I have done my job for you! So you see, we need each other!
Secondly, you should select an agent who is extremely knowledgeable about their profession and seeking to always expand that knowledge. North Carolina requires very few classroom hours of training for an agent, but this business is very complex, and the day we stop our education, we are moving backwards! We must always remain ahead of the curve in marketing, negotiations, contracts, and most importantly, understanding human behavior! That’s why I am constantly taking new courses.
Lastly, which company I am associated with means a whole lot when it comes to helping you, my client. | If you are looking for someone who truly wants to help you find your dream home then please contact Mike Hege. I know I am very glad we contacted him and we highly recommend him. There are lots of agents out there who might be working just for money but Mike Hege puts his customers before money. He will give you his honest opinion and he will honestly tell you whether he himself would invest in a particular property or not. He listens closely to your needs and will try to get you a house which is very close to your wishlist. He is very patient and will never make you feel rushed so he can move on to a different customer. He grew up in the area and has been in the industry so he has all the answers to your questions. He is very dedicated and works with your schedule even if that means changing his own plans. He is there to hold your hand through the entire process and it is so comforting to have someone like him if you are a first time homeowners like us. We are highly satisfied and glad we chose him to help us make a very important decision of our lives. | Not only have I had the opportunity of working with Mike personally but also professionally. | We had the best experience working with Mike! From our initial contact on the phone to the day we closed on our house, we were beyond grateful to be working with Mike. Mike spent so many hours helping us find the home that fit our needs. He was always available to contact and extremely reliable and trustworthy. He is a native to the area, and for us moving from another state, we appreciated Mike's expertise in pointing us in the right direction for the community that was best for us. | I approached Mike requesting investment properties. Mike provided five excellent options he then negotiated with the seller and provided me with a price I felt comfortable with. He guided me through zoning and enviromental issues and closed the deal. I am now building a forty unit apartment complex on this property. He is knowlegable, professional and an amazing negotiator when it comes to getting his Clients a good deal! I look forward to doing more work with Mike in the future. |

| Mike Hege helped us buy our first home. Needless to say we had lots of questions which Mike was very patient in answering. Because of our busy work schedules we could only look on the weekends which was no problem for him. Five years have passed since we purchased our home and Mike continues to offer advise (what to update etc) when we ask. We look forward to working with him again when it is time to move on to our next home. |
