I received my Real Estate Sales License in 1981 and my broker's licenxe later in 1985 (DRE # 00819901), and I have been continuously active in the real estate sales and brokerage field since. In 1988, I received the coveted Senior Investment Consultant Designation from Fred Sands Commercial Brokerage. I now hold a Juris Doctors (JD) degree in law and am a licensed California Attorney. I graduated Alborz American College (Tehran, Iran) in 1975 and moved to the U.S. to continue my education. I attended California State University Northridge and later University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).  My wife and partner, Mitra Sisatar is also a real estate licensee and we have been lucky to be a part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Beverly Hills North; the "number one office in the world", since 1998. Mitra exclusively handles residential properties and I handle investment properties and more complicated issues and oversee the operations.
