That is where I learned all my knowledge in brokering residential and commercial mortgages in the pioneer valley and surrounding states.  During my 7 years at Coastline Mortgage I developed a no nonsense streamlined approach to the mortgage process that has allowed me to handle the loan from start to finish. The owner of the company allowed me this freedom, and it worked well with all my clients. I have a common sense approach to Banking loans with lenders that reduces the time it takes to go in and out of underwriting that saves time, and stress on all parties involved.  I believe that good professional Banking starts with the building of a great relationship with clients, with great repore, and of course, unshakable trust in your ability to deliver on what you say is going to happen! I deal with all Commercial loans and some Residential on a case to case base.
