 These six attributes make up my personal code of ethics. When I came into real estate, I asked myself', "What would I expect to see out of my realtor?"  My answer became what you see today as my code of ethics and my promise to you. I will never provide less service than I would want for my family or for myself.

 I have lived and worked in the Hampton Roads area for over 15 years. I first moved to Virginia Beach in 1992 with my family while I was in the Navy and fell in love with it almost immediately. I knew this was the place I wanted to settle down.

 I have always had a passion to help others, and as I started to come near to my time to retire from my 20 years of service in the United States Navy I saw real estate as a wonderful venue to do just that.

 In real estate I saw that I had the opportunity to help families find the home of their dreams and make it a pleasant and stress free experience. I realized I could help someone have a happy ending. Well, I was sold. I was sold into what career I would pursue and I was sold on my number one priority..."People First!"

 I love the opportunity I have to use my skills and talents to help people with their real estate needs. I value the relationships I build with my clients and continue to work for their best interests even after the transaction has closed.

  I am a full time Realtor that focuses on protecting my client's best interests. I am a strong negotiator with an excellent track record. In case you are looking for references, I have a list of past clients that are happy to talk to you about the high level of service I provide.
