Get to Know Michele Narowetz
- A native of Madison, I graduated in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Economics. I have been a residential specialist since 2000 as well as a Top Producer.
- I know the real estate business and know that a change in residence is more than a financial or geographic move but an emotional one as well. Whether it is providing newcomers with a warm welcome and comprehensive introductory orientation to the local area or helping a lifelong resident maximize their net worth and say goodbye with ease.
- Important to my clients are my skills as a good listener and desire to understand their wants and needs. These attributes build the relationships that continue to provide my clients the dream of homeownership and the community they desire.
- For me, it is the dedication to service. I work very hard using state-of-the-art technology to ensure that my clients have all of the resources available to make the right decisions for themselves and their families. It is the kind of dedication that creates clients for life.
- Finally, I know how to get things done. I will present a thorough marketing plan to clients interested in selling their home. That plan will include an honest evaluation based on current market conditions. | This is the second time we have used Michele. In the past she also helped us sell a house in Madison. Michele also found the perfect home for our son in Wisconsin Dells several months ago. Before we met Michele we had bought and sold two homes in California. We had also purchased two homes in Wisconsin and sold one before meeting Michele. | Michele helped my husband and I purchase 2 homes and sold the first home that we purchased with her. Michele went above and beyond with selling our house. The seller agent of the house we were going to buy, called Michele and told her that we needed to remove our contingency with selling our current home within two days or we would lose the house we wanted to purchase. Michele called every agent that brought people in to see our house and sold our house within a day!!! I was amazed by her commitment and dedication to sell our house for us. She is definitely the kind of agent you want to sell your home. |

| I highly recommend Michele, who was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my (admittedly high) expectations in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Upon identifying the house I wanted to purchase, I had a clear sense of my goals on price and other issues. Michele gave me her honest input, took my talking points/positions, and made the deal. Michele provided information and advise when I asked, but did not push me in any direction or encourage me to act at any pace other than my own. You would have a hard time finding a better realtor to work with than Michele. |

| Michele Narowetz was very easy to work with. She knew a lot about about the area which was helpful because we were from another state. She pointed out negatives to certain purchases that we were considering that we would have never thought of. She took her time with us and we never felt rushed into a decision. Overall I highly recommend her and would use her again if we moved. |
