| I can't say enough for the professionalism, caring and knowledgeable presence this Real Estate Broker offers when he took on my listing. I was given a very short turn-around period to relocate for a job. With this knowledge Mike took on my listing and virtually took care of everything. | Michael is a true professional! He is fast, to the point, and seems to be ready at any time to work for you. | Mike is top flight! If you are buying or selling you won't find anyone who is any better. Mike has the "whatever it takes" mentality. He will make the extra effort and take the time to see to it that you are satisfied. We just purchased a home in Plant City, closed in just over 2 weeks! He set us up with the right people to get things done. I will be using Mike again in the future to sell my dads house in Tampa (Palma Ceia). |

| I have never worked with a realtor as good as him..He is the BEST!! Always just a phone call or text away..He always answered and was on the ball with EVERYTHING..Very knowledgeable and personable..We will recommend him to all our friends and family..If you don't use him your loosing out.. 5 stars just isn't enough when it comes to Michael Simpkins.. |
