KNOWLEDGE - The commentary I hear the most from my clients is that I go the second mile, and take care of them. Whether selling or buying, my clients know that their interest is my heartfelt responsibility. My motto is "Service produces the profits." I am also very very strong in finance. This enables me to analyse loan programs for my buyers, and ensures that when we find the right product, we are able to get it. There are so many options available, and with new construction, there are incentives to use certain lenders. But it is so important to make sure that all avenues are considered.
EXPERIENCE - I do intake interviews with both buyers and sellers. I firmly believe in client representation, and do not practice dual agency. When one hires me and my team, they get the full benefits that single agency affords. Having 30 years of real estate sales experience is priceless. It is the difference between seeing the red flags, and alerting my clients to the situation, or "learning" about them in the middle of the transaction. I am certified for GRI and CREC (consulting).
INTEGRITY - Finally, my Christian values dictate how I do business. They affect my daily choices for right and wrong, as well as my attitude toward life. Those who know me, know that I am who I say I am. This is of great importance to me in the business world.

| This lady has integrity! Marianne always puts the interest of her client first. In my dealings with her, she has always looked out for the best value for my money - as opposed to - selling me the biggest house. I have known her for 10+ years and have bought and sold 4 houses with her and I am sure I am going to continue my business relationship with her, because she is simply the best. Half of town know her and the other half are lining up to meet her! I highly recommend her. |

| I purchased my first home with Marianne in 2008. She knows the greater Midlands area very well. Through the process I felt Marianne always had my best interest in mind. We have been in the house 4 years and really enjoyed it. Currently we are in the process of looking for a larger home with a little land and Marianne has already began showing us properties and will be listing our current home once we decide to sell. Marianne also knows plenty of contractors for home maintenance and projects. |

| Marianne was recommend to me by a coworker of mine and I must say best decision I made. Through out the entire process she was there the whole entire time even in situations that was not part of what a agent should handle. I was also a first time home buyer so of course, I had no prior knowledge of the home buying process but she set my mind at ease and made sure I was well versed on the process.
