| I simply can’t say enough. We had a tough property we were trying to sell remotely, and Mario and his folks went so far above and beyond, it was incredible. We had the first contract fall through (no fault of the MG Group – buyer flaked out), and they dove right back in, coordinating getting it back on the market and back under contract fast. Because we sold remotely, MG Group had to do EVERYTHING, and they rocked it. Could NOT have asked for better, and while they may not want any referrals from us after what a pain in the butt our property was to sell, they’re going to get them! |

| Quality service is always expected when dealing with a professional organization like the MG Group. However, there are times when it is more appreciated than others. One such time is the sale of a home that is part of an estate. The normal issues inherent in selling a home are complicated by the fact that the property in question has emotional ties to the sellers and the process is exacerbated by the need to satisfy a family that is already under stress. Ours was such a sale. The MG Group made the process easy for all concerned. From the initial walk through of the property by Mario, through suggestions as to how to best present the property, to pricing and on and on through the eventual closing, the entire MG Group was omni-present, insuring that we never had to be concerned about the eventual satisfactory conclusion. | We were so happy in choosing Mario to represent us for the sale of our condo. Uptown is not the easiest market, but with some time, patience and a lot of hard work (37 showings!), we finally managed to get a great offer on our home. Happily we were the 1st 2 bed/ 2 bath condo in our area to break the $300,000 threshold in almost two years! We loved Mario’s honesty and his willingness to listen. He was willing to go the extra mile to ensure the deal completed to our liking. Mario was 100% effective in negotiations. We had a few lowball bids, and Mario made it clear that was not acceptable, and he pushed until we got an acceptable offer. Post offer, in attorney review he still negotiated for us which was great. My experience as a buyer with a different agent and the way Mario marketed the property when I bought it, I knew I wanted Mario on my side when I decided to sell my condo. From the initial contact for a consultation to closing, everyone in the group was very responsive, professional and courteous. A team effort and collaborative effort is what it took. It is not your job to get it sold price-wise for what I think its worth because you can not control the economy or housing market prices, but can only work with those variables......bottom line is, I have money coming my way and I am not PAYING additional money out of my pocket to anyone .......I will be filing out the questionnaires I have received and will write something on Yelp regarding my experience because it was a good one for sure.
