I have had the pleasure of selling real estate for 8 years. I am a full time realtor and am passionate about my job. I continually attend seminars and conferences to keep my skills up to date. I recently earned the Certified Distressed Propery Expert designation. If you know of someone who needs assistance in navigating a short sale, I now have the skill set to guide you through it. I am a director at the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors and am currently the Program Chair. I attend the monthly meetings and help make decisions that further enhance my industry. I have the experience and the knowledge to feel confident in my ability to provide a valuable service to customers.
I specialize in selling residential real estate. This includes both listing and selling homes, and working with buyers. I am particularly good with first time buyers. They are new to the process and need lots of information and guidance so that they make the right decision. I provide this to them and take excellent care of them so that they feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process. I have taken courses on, bank owned homes, foreclosures, and short sales, buyer representation, seller representation, internet marketing, mortgage information, and of course, an ethics course!I have recently earned the CDPE designation.
