Dawn is a property maintenance enthusiast who loves environmental science - is a certified mold inspector and licensed radon tester.  Dawn shares her passions in the industry as a licensed real estate instructor educating realtors.  She is the founder of 4 companies including Midwest Environmental Testing and Certified Home Inspections of Northern Indiana.  Dawn is the mother of 8 children and is madly in love with her husband Bob with whom she helps serve in the prison ministry at Granger Community Church as well as lead Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. For fun she enjoys knitting and playing guitar.
