We pride ourselves on training and quality control within the company. Every report is reviewed in house, even when completed by a licensed or certified appraiser. We actually do the sketch with all the walls, windows, doors and a floorplan, not just a box with labeled rooms. The user of the report can get a better idea of their investment from looking at the sketch and pictures we provide. We include plat maps if available (we have access to many sites that help provide these). Naturally we do the typical real estate appraisals, but specialize in hard to do and complex reports.
