I have been in the real estate industry since 1992, when I began my career working for a luxury condominium developer, the Jack Parker Corportion in Naples, Fla.
Upon moving to New Mexico in 1994, I got my real estate salespersons license, and in 1997 I moved into the finance/mortgage portion of our industry.
Since 2000, I have worked as a mortgage broker, problem solving and custom designing loans for my clients, who encompass small business professionals, young families, investors, and first time homebuyers. My current clientele appreciate the fact that I listen to what their finance needs are, and then shop for the very best loan programs and rates to suit their specific goals.
I recently was trained to originate commercial loans in addition to residential & new construction, and with this training I am able to offer my customers an even wider range of mortgage loan products than ever before.
I specialize in investor fix & flip financing, self-employed stated income/no doc loans, new construction financing and offer competitive rates & fees to customers with above average fico scores. My business is built primarily on word-of-mouth referrals and existing clients.
