I have been selling Real Estate in the Southern Maryland area for the past 11 years. Before I decided to become a Realtor I was a very sucessful Managing Partner for a major restaurant chain. I have discovered that I enjoy working with all types of people and helping them achieve their Real Estate Goals. I work with first-time buyers, move up buyers, second homes, vacation homes, relocation, land, and have dabbled on the commercial side. There really is not much in Real Estate I won't try. I am one of two agents with a Certified Auction Sepcialist(CAS) certification in the Southern Maryland Area. I also have my GRI and will be sitting for my Brokers test in the near future. I believe in being educated to help my clients in the very best way possible, and that is why I am a better choice then others. My ability to handle difficult situations is surely a strong attribute, along with my compassion, caring, and ability to communicate effectivly with people.
Having the ability to identify clients needs and wants then being able to guide them through the Real Estate Maze is a strenght I have to offer. I also am a great listner and put myself in clients shoes to understand their perspetive. Being able to assist people the way they need to be is different than most Realtors. Usually you hear horrible stories of agents on their own agenda, I take the time to listen and understand what my clients need and want. I have alot of compassion for people and provide them with the level of service I would desire. I have sold homes from smallest of houses all of the way up to large waterfront homes. It is important to know your area and understand the elements that are involved with selling or buying in that particular area.
I also take pride in understanding land and what it take to sell a parcel. I will explain to you what a perc is, how it works and why it is important. I prospect to gain parcels of land small to large. I can identify basic information and help guide clients to the right resources to further explore a parcel before they purchase. This knowledge is valuable and stands me out from the crowd.
I work with alot of first-time buyers and hold their hands from the beggining to the end of the transaction. I have a great resource of professionals that I have a professional relationship with and have created one stop shopping for those who would prefer that style. If you have your own professionals that is great too. I will guarantee you will be a client for life.
As for listing homes for sale, I again am a great communicator. I will layout the plan and make it happen. You will be kept informed on a weekly basis not only on you rhome but your neighborhood sales, listings, and contracts. I believe in Open Houses and know that the perfect buyer may walk through that door on that day. I guide my sellers on how to stage their homes for a quicker sale and for more money. Again it is all about communication and putting my clients needs and goals first.
