We would have to say that our strongest skill is negotiation--WE HATE to LOSE! Our statistics show that we get excellent prices for our listings. Selling a home is about so much more than just the price. The other terms of the contract, such as occupancy dates, closing costs, inspections, etc. make a big difference too! We try to see the whole picture when we sit down at the negotiating table.
We specialize in relocation sales in price ranges from $80,000 to a million. We're proud to say we have a large database of past clients that we have helped move into several homes over the years. Our business is based largely on referrals, and that's how We like it. Of course, we always welcome new clients too!
