Michael A. DiNello is Managing Broker and Co-Founder of Vanguard Companies, and its subsidiaries, Vanguard Equity Management, Vanguard Realty Group, and Vanguard Building Group. He has been instrumental in all phases of the firm’s development since its inception December 2006. Mr. DiNello has initiated the close of real estate transactions valued at nearly $200M, including vacant land, multi-family, industrial buildings, and single family new construction. He has been involved exclusively in real estate brokerage, development, management, disposition, and construction for 15 years.

Mr. DiNello oversees all Vanguard Companies land acquisition and disposition transactions up to and including the close of escrow. He works closely with Vanguard’s legal team to define and limit corporate risk and liability. Mr. DiNello prides himself on attention to detail, and an unyielding work ethic.
